This option is fully customized to meet everyone’s individual dreams, we offer one complimentary one-on-one consultation to get in-depth details of your ideas to fully see your vision. Our full service option includes; delivery, full set-up and takedown.

Decor Service
This service is for anyone who isn't able to get into there venue until day of your event and isn't able delegate all your decor needs, we are here to take over and setup for you. This service includes; headtable, guest table, cake table, gift/guestbook table along with ensuring favours, place cards, table numbers and candles are set to ensure your vision comes to life. 

Chair Service
There are many gorgeous outdoor ceremony locations that require chair rentals only and we are able to provide setup and takedown of chairs for your designated time slot. 

DIY 
For that organized do it your selfer who wishes to have full control with your own set up and takedown. Pick up and return to our location. For weekend rentals all returns are to be done on the following business day. (Monday). Extended rentals are available upon request. 

Delivery 
Please provide us with your event location and we will provide you with our delivery fees. Delivery only option is a door to door service, chairs and items will be stacked at delivery site, and must be returned to that stacking formation for pick up.

How far in advance should I book?
We always suggest sooner then later to ensure items are available for your event date

Is there a fee for late notice?
There is indeed a fee for late notice, we always required at least 2 weeks in advance.

Do we travel?
Yes, Simply provide us with your venue address; additional delivery fees may be applicable 

Estimate?
Once you receive an estimate your order is not active until we receive your deposit

Deposit?
We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit to activate your reservation

Can I change my numbers once I receive my RSVP?
Definitely, final numbers are due 1 week prior to your event date

What size table linen will I need for 6ft rectangle tables?
Full floor length linen is 90x132

What size table linen will I need for 60" round tables?
Full floor length linen is 120"

Are all your items listed online?
We are continuously adding to our inventory, if you are looking for something specific send us your ideas

Is there a consultation fee?
We offer one free one-on-one consultation to view our rental items

Is there a minimum rental fee?
Yes, there is a minimum rental fee of $75.00

For DIY weddings when can I pick up the rentals?
Pick ups are on Fridays with returns on Mondays unless there is a holiday or other arrangements made
